The Code - 15oz Coffee Mug

It was once illegal to be gay in Canada and the US, and still is in many parts of the world. The handkerchief code was a way men would signal each other to express interest. The code would tell other men what you were looking for depending on which pocket you put the handkerchief in and what colour you wore. Many adult book stores sold handkerchiefs and copies of the code.

This 15 oz, Dishwasher and Microwave Safe, coffee mug features not only my original painting, but an actual copy of the handkerchief code.
